Why Not Skirts for Men?
If you're interested in helping to break the taboos which stop men from enjoying the comfort that skirts provide, then please apply to join and participate. Though we haven't left the group open to all-comers, as we don't wish it to be taken over by cross-dressers, we would be happy to welcome anyone who supports the idea of men wearing skirts as a replacement for shorts and trousers.

HELLO FRIEND,
You have happened on a group for men who like to wear skirts - for whatever reason! Having said that I must stress that this group isn't really about crossdressing - it's for men who like to wear skirts as men - if you like to do the whole "girlie" thing I have no problem with that and you are still welcome here, but the focus is on getting skirts accepted as "menswear" whether they be kilts or not. All (women included) are welcome to join, whatever your motive - it's all good - if you like men to wear skirts this is the place for you! (Over 18's only).

Women Whose Men Wear Skirts

This group was originally set up so that women affected by men in their lives wearing skirts could share their thoughts and concerns in a women-only environment. There are plenty of "significant others" who find it quite difficult to come to terms with the prospect of a man of their lives being public about wearing skirts. The group was managed under the MSN groups régime (when it operated) by Zara, who is one of the managers in "Why Not Skirts For Men." If you would like to have the opportunity, again, of sharing a woman's understanding of the situation then please email Zara.

It Takes A Real Man To Wear A Skirt
Dick Ackerman had his own personal site detailing and showing him wearing skirts and still being a man. It was a great site if you were wanting to see a 'real' man in a skirt and looking great it in as well. If anyone knows what's happened to Dick's pages please let us know. We'd love to promote the cause more.
